REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF NON-IMMIGRANT VISAS

Basic Requirements

1. Accomplished Visa Application form

IMPORTANT: Special rules apply to visa applicants below 15 years of age who will neither be accompanied by their parent/s during the journey nor joining their parent/s in the Philippines. Please ask the Embassy's consular staff about the Affidavit of Request, Consent and Guarantee for WEG.

2. Passport and photocopy of passport of the applicant

Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months, calculated from the date of intended arrival in the Philippines.

3. One (1) photograph:

Size: 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm Standard European ID photo
Taken within the last six months
Colored, with plain white or light background
Showing front view of applicant's face. Eyes must be clearly shown

(Photos with tinted eyeglasses are not acceptable.)

4. Payment of visa application fee.

Single-entry visa, valid for 3 months € 30,--

Multiple-entry visa, valid for 6 months € 60,--

Multiple-entry visa, valid for 12 months € 90,--

5. For applicants with nationalities outside the Philippine Embassy's jurisdiction of Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Croatia; a copy of the Meldezettel and visa are also required.

REMINDERS:

a. A temporary visitor's visa entitles the holder to a maximum stay in the Philippines of 59 days per entry/journey.

b. Visa application fee is non-refundable. Official receipt will be issued.

c. Please include a postage fee of €6.00 (Austria) or €15.00 (other countries) if you are applying via mail, this will be used to send back your visa.

d. Note that the date of application is the date of the issuance of visa.

Additional Requirements (Visa-Specific)

For Tourist Visa Applicants

1. Copy of round-trip airline booking confirmation.

2. Evidence of sufficient funds for travel expenses, accommodation and subsistence.

For Business Visa Applicants

1. Copy of round-trip airline booking confirmation.

2. Certification from the visa applicant's employer or firm in Austria / Slovak Republic / Croatia / Slovenia guaranteeing coverage of his/her expenses while in the Philippines.

3. Letter from firm in the Philippines attesting to the business activity of the visa applicant.

For Officials of International Organizations Travelling on Duty Travel/Mission

1. Note Verbale from International Organization. Visa issuance is gratis.

For Seaman Joining a Ship/Vessel In the Philippines

1. Copy of airline booking confirmation.

2. Certification from manning agency attesting to the purpose of the seaman's journey to the Philippines. The Certification must indicate the name of the ship/vessel and the port at which it is located.

Only a single-entry visa may be issued unless a reciprocal agreement between the Philippines and the seaman's country provides otherwise.

VORAUSSETZUNGEN FüR DIE AUSSTELLUNG EINES NICHTEINWANDERUNGSVISUMS

Grundbestimmungen

1. Ausgefüllte Visumsantragsformular

WICHTIG: Sonderregelungen gelten für Visumsantragsteller unter 15 Jahren, die ihre Reise auf die Philippinen weder von ihren Eltern begleitet noch sich zu ihren Eltern auf den Philippinen ansschließen. Bitte die Konsularabteilung der Botschaft Auskünfte über eine beeidete Anforderungs-, Einwilligungs- und Garatieerklärung für die Bewilligung eines ,,WEG" (Erlassen eines Ausschließungs-grund) nachfragen.

2. Reisepass und eine Kopie des Reisepass des Antragsteller:

Der Reisepass muß, ab dem beabsichtigten Ankunftsdatum auf den Philippinen, eine Gültigkeit von mindestens sechs (6) Monaten haben.

3. Ein (1) Photo:

Größe 3.5cm x 4.5cm - Lichtbild nach europäischen Maß
Letzte Aufnahme: binnen der letzten sechs Monate
Farbphoto, mit einem normalen weissen oder hellen Hintergrund
Das Gesicht muß nach vorne schauen und die Augen müssen ersichtlich sein

(Photos mit getönte Brille werden nicht angenommen).

4. Visumgebühren:

Einmaliger Eintritt gültig binnen 3 Monaten €30,--

Mehrmaliger Eintritt gültig binnen 6 Monaten €60,--

Mehrmaliger Eintritt gültig für 1 Jahr €90,--

5. Für Bewerber mit Nationalitäten außerhalb der philippinischen Botschaft der Zuständigkeit von Österreich, Slowakei, Slowenien und Kroatien; eine Kopie des Meldezettel und Visa sind ebenfalls erforderlich.

ACHTUNG:

a. Der Aufenthalt auf den Philippinen beträgt eine maximal Dauer von nur 59 Tage je Eintritt.

b. Visumgebühr wird nicht zurückerstattet. Eine offizielle Rechnung wird ausgestellt.

c. Bitte legen Sie €6,00 (Österreich) oder €15.00 (andere Länder) für Portogebühr wenn Sie per Post beantragen. Dieses wird benötigt um das Visum an sie zurück zu senden.

d. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Zeitpunkt des Antrags, der Tag der Ausstellung des Visums gilt.

Für ein Touristenvisum

Kopie einer Rundfahrt-Buchungsbestätigung.
Beweiss von ausreichende finanziellen Mitteln für die Reisekosten, Unterkunft und Unterhalt.

Für ein Geschäftsvisum

Kopie einer Rundfahrt-Buchungsbestätigung.
Bestätigung der österreichischen / kroatischen / slowenischen / slowakischen Firma oder des Arbeitgebers, der für alle entstehenden Kosten des Antragsteller auf den Philippinen bürgt.
Eine Einladung der philippinischen Firma, welche die geschäftlichen Aktivitäten des Visumantragstellers bestätigt.

Für Dienstreisenden Offiziere Der Internationalen Organisationen

Eine Verbalnote der Internationalen Organisation. Das ausgestellte Visum ist gratis.

Für einen auf den Philippinen Schiff-anschließenden Seemann

Kopie einer Flugbuchungsbestätigung.
Bestätigung des Einstellungsbüros bezüglich des philippinischen Reisezweckes des Seemannes. Diese Bestätigung soll den Schiffsnamen und den Namen des Hafens wo es vor Anker liegt beinhalten.

Soweit zwischen die Philippinen und dem Staat des Seemanns nichts anderes vereinbart ist, darf nur ein einmaliges-Eintrittsvisum ausgestellt werden.
